Thank you for the welcome call, BikeInsure. It's funny that you ask how I like the Pivot Shuttle Mountain Bike because, OMG, I can't even put into words how great my Pivot e-bike is. I was mind-blown during my first ride. My Pivot is not something I could afford to lose. It made me nervous until I got BikeInsure.
