A few weeks ago, I purchased a Pivot Phoenix, and I absolutely love it.

While visiting the PivotCycles.com website to learn more about the warranty, they introduced me to BikeInsure. I had never heard of bike insurance before, and I was disappointed with how my homeowners' insurance proposed to cover my expensive mountain bike. So, the timing was perfect. I signed up for bike insurance on the Pivot sign-up page, and even on a Saturday, I received a welcome call from BikeInsure.

Although I hope I never have to use the bike insurance, it's a relief to know it's there. I plan to ride my Pivot bike hard, aiming for an incident-free experience, but if an accident does happen, I'm glad to have BikeInsure for peace of mind.
