I love my Electric Bicycle. How much is eBike Theft Insurance?

The insured may add optional eBike Theft Insurance for $8 monthly to their BikeInsure plan. The electric bicycle theft insurance comes with up to $10,000 in coverage per bicycle. In the event of a theft loss occurrence, you are responsible for a $250 deductible.

BikeInsure covers the "3-Class" eBike standards. All classes limit the motor's power to 750 Watts. 

• Class 1: eBikes that are pedal-assist only, with no throttle, and have a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph.
• Class 2: eBikes that also have a maximum speed of 20 mph, but are throttle-assisted.
• Class 3: eBikes that are pedal-assist only, with no throttle, and a maximum assisted speed of 28 mph.
